 Each year we celebrate the 4th of July with a healthy dose of Fairness. With the help of many volunteers, we at Lexington Fairness, design and construct a Fairness float to represent the LGBT community in Lexington. To celebrate our nation's independence, we join other socially progressive organizations and march down Main Street with our colorful balloons, banners, cheer, and pride.
On the day of the parade, we also setup a Fairness booth to foster LGBT visibility and to educate the populous about the work we do for our constituents. We are currently looking for volunteers to join us in designing and building a Fairness float for the LGBT community.
